We burnt this artwork down. Voiceover by Charlie Chaplin. —- “BURN” We worked on this artwork, then set it on fire. I hope this piece will move you. We are artists. Not politicians, businessmen or lawmakers. But we believe that art can change the world. How? Art makes you feel - the way no data or statistics can. Our progress as humans has brought us incredible achievements but this same hunger has destroyed the world around us. Like the baby orangutan in this video, future generations are clinging onto us for help. Like the firefighters portrayed here, there are organisations and helpers stepping up to stop the damage. However, there’s no undo button for this artwork. The same goes for our planet. We hope this artwork will make you feel. And that this felt feeling may spur thinking, engagement, and action.
